With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Ruck of Wayne, New Jersey, born in Passaic, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 15, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ruck and Ethel Ruck (Schweighardt); and his brothers, William and Roger. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Pekaar (Pekaar); his children, Rick (Margie) of Pittsburgh, PA, Lori Varty (Geoff) of Annandale, NJ and Michael (Lilia) of Murrieta, CA; his grandchildren, Hunter Ruck (Carlisle Turner), Faith Ruck, Caleb Ruck, Kendall Varty and Abigail Varty; his brother Kenneth (Rosann) of Brooksville, FL; and his sister-in-law Diane of West Milford, NJ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
