He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Fitzpatrick and Mary Ann Fitzpatrick (McHugh); his wife Eileen (Moran); his grandchild Ryan Wainwright of Boston; his siblings, Hugh and Kathleen (Riley); and his siblings-in-law, John Moran (Jack), William Moran (Bill) and Judith Fitzpatrick (Clifford).
He is survived by: his sons, Daniel (Kristen) of Boston, Timothy (Adriana) of Florida and Brian (Melissa) of West Milford; his grandchildren, Aidan of Boston and Grace Fitzpatrick of Boston; and his siblings-in-law, Kathleen Wolthoff (George), Janice Moran (Friesema) of New Jersey, Mary Ellen Moran (Suralik) and Thomas Riley of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
