He was predeceased by: his daughter Patricia Gamez (Byron) of Wayne; and his brothers, Dominic and Julius Forte. He is survived by: his cousin Joanne; his wife Joanne Forte (Iuliano); his daughters, Andrea Facciolo (Rocco) of Wayne and Lisa Voight (Chris) of North Arlington; and his grandchildren, Sophia, Rocco, Gianna and Anthony. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
