He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Perna and Marie Perna (Petruziello); and his brother Lenny Perna. He is survived by: his wife Beth Mecionis-Perna; his siblings, Rosanne Perna and Richard Perna; his siblings-in-law, Catherine Perna, Danielle Mecionis Varon, Nicole Mecionis O'Donnell and Sal Varon; and his nieces and nephews, Lenny Perna, Salvatore Varon, Anthony Perna, Richard Perna, Jennifer Perna, Erin O'Donnell and Caileigh O'Donnell.
