She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Martinez Solis and Alvaro Solis Senior; her brothers, Manuel and Alvaro Solis; and her former husband Jose Emilio Lavin.
She is survived by: her daughter Martha Lavin Bautista (Franklin Bautista); her grandchildren, Christian and Sophia; and her brother Orlando. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Calhoun-Mania Funeral Home (19 Lincoln Ave, Rutherford, NJ 07070). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of Saint Mary (91 Home Ave, Rutherford, NJ 07070). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
