He was also cherished by his children and grandchildren.

“I am so saddened to learn of Kenny passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I have many fine memories of when we were kids: he taught me how to play sports in the yard next door to us, talked me out of my roller skates to use on his handmade wooden scooter(that he gave me rides on). Conned me out of my brand new 45rpm record “It s. My Party” for 3 of his old records. The best thrill he gave me …was on the day he got his driver license, he took me riding around Jersey City”
