He is survived by: his wife Diane Dolce Kovalcik; his daughter Kristen Dale Fisher; his son-in-law Keith Fisher; his grandchildren, Rowan and Lily; his siblings, Bruce Kovalcik, Terrence Kovalcik (Terry) and Dee Riou; and his siblings-in-law, Corrin Kovalcik, Annette Kovalcik, Kathy Kelly and John Kelly. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scanlan Funeral Home (781 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444). A Mass was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's RC Church (17 Pompton Ave, Pompton Lakes, NJ 07442).
