He is survived by: his sister Ellen (Tim Monahan); his children, Keith Mulvihill (Jennifer) of Freehold, Jason Mulvihill (Leah) of White Township, Rosalee Mulvihill of Wayne, Kelliann Douglas (Blake) of Illinois and Nicole Mulvihill of Florida; his close friend Jill Bonadies; his grandchildren, Kylie, Cole of Reese, J. J., Myles, Nathan, Vivian, Al Monte, Rianna, Alxavier, Logan, Cierra and Harrison; and also Cara of Clifton. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
