He is survived by: his spouse Jean Donofrio (Zaleski); his children, Debra Murphy (Edward), Jeanann Tulpan (Ted) and Nancy Nieradka (Ken); his grandchildren, Christopher Murphy (Ann), Thomas Murphy (Allison), Steven Murphy (Jocelyn), Billy, Jamie and Stephanie Tulpan; his siblings, Ralph Donofrio, Louise King and Carol Donofrio; and his brother-in-law Walter Zaleski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
