He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Roe and Jennie Roe; his wife Carol Ann of Wayne, NJ; his children, Brian Roe (Lun-Shan) of Lincoln Park, NJ and Lauren Roe of Clifton, NJ; his sister Jean Jarzabek of Paramus, NJ; his nephews, Stephen Roe, John Roe and Kenneth Jarzabek; his niece Susan Roe Roessner; and his brother John Roe.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make charitable donations in James' name, may make them to the charity of their choice.
