“Word of Frank's passing made it to me on the west coast where I live in Eugene, Oregon. I had the pleasure of playing basketball in the rec league with Frank (and his brother Chuck). He was a gentleman and an all around good guy - no pretense, no phoniness, no selfishness. He was the kind of guy that I (and a lot of others) liked to be around. God bless him and his family.
