He was predeceased by: his son Frank William; his parents, Emma and Jay B. Sr.; and his brother Jay B. Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Judy Ann (Gaetano Brogna) of Wayne and William Jay (JoAnna) of Sweet Valley, PA.; his grandchildren, Taylor Lee, Tristian Lee, Zachary Brogna, Gillian Brogna and Michael Brogna; his great grandchild Judah Lee; and his sisters, Patricia (Thomas Deblon) of Newton, NJ and Ethel (William Visser) of West Milford, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
