She was predeceased by: her siblings, Vincent "Jimmy" Stalletti, Katherine Vite and Anthony "Sonny" Stalletti. She is survived by: her husband Michael Sgarlato; her children, Michael Sgarlato of Wayne, Daniel (Darlene Sgarlato) of West Caldwell, Theresa (William Durkin) of Highland Lakes and Dorothy Sgarlato of Wayne; her grandchildren, Justine Davis (Josh Break), Andrew Sgarlato (Lia Pizzicato) and Adrienne Sgarlato (Tyler Asher); her great grandchildren, Avery and Makayla; her sister Caroline Stalletti; and her pet Wiggles. She is also survived by four children – two sons and two daughters.
In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy in Dorothy's name are asked to consider: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
