Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dona Maria Velazquez of Wayne, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 94, on February 15, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Beniquez and Marcola Velazquez; and her sons, Bernardo Mercado, Augustine Mercado and Enrique Feliciano.
She is survived by: her children, Rafael Feliciano, Julia Feliciano, Rosa Lorenzo, Irie Mercado, Miguel Mercado, Lydia Mercado, Ruben Rivera, Clarita Urteaga, Minerva Rivera, Elsa Chaparro, Jose Rivera and Maria Perez; and her grandchildren, Suzmelissa Roman, Suehaly Mojica and Clarimar Adorno. She is also survived by grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In these last few years she battled with Dementia and Alzheimer, but she remained strong enough for her children and grandchildren to see her before passing away.
