She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leeks and Anne Leeks (Guidice); her husband Joseph Howanitz; and her daughters, Susan and Lori Howanitz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Lorimer and Elizabeth Sorrentino (Michael Sorrentino); her grandchildren, Joey, Jessica Lorimer and Emily Sorrentino; and her brother Robert Leeks. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
