She is survived by: her parents, Megan Ingraffia and Michael Ingraffia; her grandparents, Walter, Ann Marie Smith, Victor and Patricia Ingraffia; her great-grandparent Betty Perrotta; her aunt Kaitlin Smith; and her uncles, Zackary Smith and Matthew Ingraffia.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Avery Rose's memory would be greatly appreciated to the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center.
