He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carol Bohensky, Barbara Wade, Patty Robatin, Dorothy Petrullo and Kenneth Kubofcik.
He is survived by: his brother Kenny; his son William Wayne Kubofcik (Vera Silva Medeiros) of Paul's Youth Minister; his wife Yevkine "Nadya" Kubofcik; his grandchildren, Josef Kubofcik, Ramsey Kubofcik, Zachari Kubofcik, Brandon Silva and Jonathan Silva; his siblings, Jim Kubofcik, Maureen Kubofcik and Gerry Kubovcik; and also Angel'. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home (557 Lafayette Ave, Hawthorne, NJ 07506). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Paul's R. C. Church (286 Haledon Ave, Prospect Park, NJ 07508). A burial was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:15 AM.
