He was predeceased by: his parents, Aleksey Fadynich and Stefanida Fadynich (Noreiko); and his sister Anna Seifert. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kathrine Fadynich (Scott) of Wayne; his children, Scott Alex Fadynich (Linda Chorney) of Tucson, AZ and Sandra Fadynich (Kurt Vonder Fecht) of Wayne; and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Devin, Alexsandra Novakoski of Wayne and Hunter Fadynich.
