We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2022, Agnes M Kozubal of Wayne, New Jersey, born in Portage, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Lesko and Susan Lesko; her husband Stanley Kozubal; and her siblings, Andrew, John, Michael Lesko and Helen Domaracki.
She is survived by: her children, Agnes, Carol Hughes (John Donohue), William Kozubal and Janice Albers; her grandchildren, Ryan Hughes, Eric and Amanda Cuesta; and her sister Irene Thomas. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Valley Hospice or St. Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
