He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley E. Morgan and Leonard Lush; and his brother Steven Lush. He is survived by: his son Michael Lush; his granddaughter Autumn Lush; his stepfather Kenneth C. Morgan, Sr.; and his siblings, Kenneth Morgan, Jr. (Rhonda) and Rosemarie Billingsley.
