It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph L. DeCosimo Jr. (Watchung, New Jersey), born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph L. Egypt (Jennie DeCosimo) and New Egypt; and his wife Lorraine. He is survived by: his children, Anthony DeCosimo, Renee Zarelli (Tony) and Michelle DeCosimo; his stepdaughter Jacqueline DiMonaco (Dave); his grandchildren, Brielle, Will and Anthony; his stepgrandson Joseph; and his brother John DeCosimo (Catherine).
Viewing was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Higgins Home For Funerals (752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Ralph's memory to the Deborah Heart and Lung Foundation or Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
