With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gordon Lee Jolly of Watchung, New Jersey, born in Hamilton, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2025 at the age of 100. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Gordon Lee had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Gordon Lee may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lily Kitrenos; and his sister Elaine. He is survived by: his children, Jack Jolly and Paula Zusi; his son-in-law Kenneth Zusi; his grandchildren, Kaelyn and Jake Zusi; and his brother Norman Jolly.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Higgins Home For Funerals (752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (250 Gallows Hill Rd, Westfield, NJ 07090). A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (1100 E Broad St, Westfield, NJ 07090).
