He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arturo, Pepe, Luis Mosquera and Maruja Salgado; and his siblings-in-law, Paulina, Celsa Mosquera, Iñake Ituarte and Narciso Salgado.
He is survived by: his spouse Oliva Mosquera; his children, Roberto Mosquera (Andrea) and Ines Figueiras (Jaime); his grandchildren, Juliana, Rebeca, Alexander, Noelia, Vanesa and Daniel; his sister Lina Ituarte; and his sister-in-law Julia Mosquera. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
