He is survived by: his wife Judith McCumber; his children, Chris McCumber (Kirsten), Tim McCumber (Meghan) and Merrill Eppedio (Mark); his grandchildren, Carlie, Polly, Kiran, Eilidh, Andrew, Brayden and Ryland; and his sister Gail Lefebvre.

Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
