He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kozlowski and Dorothy Kozlowski (Mirda). He is survived by: his wife Maureen Ronan; his children, Ted Kozlowski (JoBeth) of Oxford, NJ and Kristen Kozlowski (Jon Lopiccolo) of Washington, NJ; and his sisters, Diane Kozlowski of New Jersey and Karen White (Dale) of Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Steve's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to either the National Rifle Association (NRA) or the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF).
