She was predeceased by: her husbands, Elmer R. Smith and Alfred Horn; and her son Charles Smith. She is survived by: her children, William, Renee Smith and Sherrie Smith; her grandchildren, Shannon Spaeth (Jeff), Michael McCusker, Dena McCusker and Shawna Smith; and her sisters, Linda Foster, Dorothy Orme and Helen Greenlee. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
