Willard; his parents, Norma Willard and Lloyd Willard (Sook); his siblings, Debra Winters and Bill Willard (Pam); his daughter Angela Valle (Mark) of Nazareth, PA; his grandchildren, Colten and Coy; and his stepchildren, Kyra Allen of Frenchtown, NJ and Wesley Allen Jr. of Washington, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
