With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph Ortiz Jr. of Washington, New Jersey, who passed away on June 14, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ileana Toro and Rafael Ortiz; his children, Alicia Ortiz and Ralph Ortiz III; his great-nephew Lance Erickson; and his pet Jasper.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Ann Ortiz; his siblings, Rosa Domínguez (Angel), Luz Santana and José Batista; his nieces and nephews, Eddie Rodriguez, Debbie Erickson (Lance), John Santana (Socorro), Angel Domínguez (Amy), Anthony Domínguez (Holly) and Alexander Batista; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Danielle Erickson, Brittany Rothgaber (Jesse), Alexis Santana, Jared Santana and Clark Plunk; and also, Kyliana Rose Rothgaber and Landon Rothgaber.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
