He is survived by: his significant other Danielle Slattery; his children, Dylan Michael Bagwell and Lily Rose Bagwell; his grandmother Carol Englemann; his uncles, Ben and Wayne; his aunt Bonnie Hickey; and his cousins, Brian and Jimmy Garrison.
