He is survived by: his wife Cherie Ackerman; his children, Theresa and Jake Ackerman; his mother Donna Ackerman; his brothers, Brett Ackerman (Diann) and Tom Ackerman; his sister-in-law Candi Greco (Neil); and his father-in-law Richard Smith (Linda). He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
