She was predeceased by: her parents, George Polachak and Helen Polachak; her husband Vernon R Cooper; and her siblings, George E. Polachak, Helen Musolino and Thomas Polachak.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Cooper (Michele), Jacqueline Nassry (Nadir) and Janel Guidi (Mark); her grandchildren, Alexa, Matthew, Kylie, Alyssa and Niklas; and her sister Sylvia Nerino (Ralph).
