Phillips-Kollar (Thomas) of Wescoville, PA, John Hapes of Bangor, PA and Dennis Hapes of Washington, NJ; her grandchildren, Melissa, Lori and JJ; her great grandchildren, Ronald, Hailey, Chase, Jonathan and Zavian; and her great great grandchildren, Skylar and Braydon. She is also survived by three children, three grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
