He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Apgar Bowlby and Sybilla Mae Bowlby; and his siblings, Jane Keenan, Harold, Donald and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Bowlby; his children, Linda Kaltenbach (Steve), Donna Jane Bowlby (Paul) and Carl Bowlby (Betty); his grandchildren, Megan and Thomas; and his pets, Andy, Missy and Kit Kat. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Harvey's name may be made to the United Methodist Church of Washington.
