He is survived by: his wife Renee (Tierney); his children, Kerry Malakuskie (Chris) of Landing, Gerald Leatham, Jr. (Jessica) of Newton, Melissa Braxton of Roxbury, Nicole Ketch (Kevin) of Kenvil, Stephanie Leatham of Washington, Edward Leatham of Lake Hopatcong and Donald Leatham of Lake Hopatcong; his grandchildren, Jenni, Gavin, Julie, Megan, Jack, Amber, Anthony, Aiden, Cameron, Keegan, Dylan, Logyn, McKenna and Nevaeh; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Lakelyn, Tripp and Cooper; and his siblings, Diane, Don and Kevin.
