He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Ballengee and Doris Ballengee. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Ballengee; his children, David Ballengee (Tracy) and Amy Ballengee; and his grandchildren, Marshall Ballengee, John Collier, James Phillips and Erin Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in David's memory to Grace Hospice, in gratitude for the exceptional care they provided during this difficult time.
