She was predeceased by: her husband John, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Joanne Truster (late Jerry), John Branda, Jr. (Debbie), Michael DelGiorno (Donna), Denise Branda, Janice DiCarlo, Dominick Branda, Renee Alessandrini (Mark) and Janine Poshywak (Jon); and her grandchildren, Tina, JoJo, Dawn, Ronnie, Jerry, Michael, Christopher, David, Dana, Christine, Nick, Richard, Samantha, Danielle and Nathan.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bertha's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
