He is survived by: his spouse Kim; his children, David (Taran), Chase (Kathryn), Dale and Holly Kinder (Michael); his grandchildren, Chase, Cash, Asher and Dale, Jr.; his siblings, Thomas Kinder, Stephen Kinder, Mary Ann Kinder, William Kinder, Chris Green, Joseph Maricondo, Michael Maricondo and George Kinder; and his close friends, Billy Gibison (Liz) and Bill Gibirson.
