He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Renée Mitzner (Scott), Louis Gomes Antao, Jr. (Tania) and Adam John "AJ" Antao (Amy); his grandchildren, Madison, Zoey, Sage and Remi; and his brother Manuel "Manny" Antao. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Higgins Home For Funerals (752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ 07069). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
