She was predeceased by: her siblings, Trudy, Rita, Gail, Connie, Michael, John and Mildred.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Smith (Robert), Maureen Strzykalski (John) and Patrick Fitzsimmons; her grandchildren, Colleen Sheehy (John), Robert Smith (Aurea), Christopher Smith (Casey), Ryan Smith, John Strzykalski (Alex) and James Strzykalski; and her great grandchildren, Megan, Maeve, Fiona Sheehy, Robert, Teresa, Hannah, Henry and Shaelen Smith.
Memorial donations may be made in her loving memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
