He was predeceased by: his sisters, Anna Stoakes and Katherine Mechnick. He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his daughter Virginia Krause (Glenn); his grandchildren, Malena and Sophia; his nephew William Mechnick (Linda); and his nieces, Janet Uray (John) and Kathy Stoakes.
