He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Vine and Margaret A. Schofield Vine; and his siblings, Charles Vine (Charlie), William Vine (Bill) and Lois Banko.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Fox Vine; his children, George A. Vine, Jr. and Virginia Vine; his stepdaughters, Rebecca Beatty, Constance Buege and Jennifer Gibbs; and his siblings, Robert Vine (Bob), Richard Vine (Joyce), David Vine and Betty J. Pope (Richard). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
