With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Girolamo Granato of Wanaque, New Jersey, who passed away on September 19, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Antonietta Granato; and his siblings, Michael Granato (Phyllis), Antonina Granato and Salvatore Granato (Gina). He is survived by: his children, Maria Jannicelli (Tom), Jerome Granato (Dawn) and Rose Gasparovich (Tony); his grandchildren, Julia, Alexandra, Nicholas and James; and his sister Lina Dina (Andrew).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home (109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey, NJ 07446). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul R. C. Church (200 Wyckoff Ave, Ramsey, NJ 07446). An entombment was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Maryrest Cemetery (770 Darlington Ave, Mahwah, NJ 07430).
