She was predeceased by: her parents, Nettie Goritski (Smith) and John Goritski; her husband Thomas Colfax (Chip); her son Richard; and her sister Kathy.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherrie of Wanaque; her son-in-law Darren of Wanaque; her brothers, Gary of Wanaque and John; her grandchildren, Darren Jr., Jamie, Dylan, Devin and Leah; and her great grandchild Jensen. She is also survived by three step great-granddaughters, as well as many nieces and nephews.
