He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley E. Conklin and Mary E. Conklin of Wanamassa; his wife Sandra; and his brother Jay. He is survived by: his children, Mary Hardy, Scott M. Conklin of New Jersey and Kelly (Jim Keane) of California; and his grandchildren, Nik, Ellen, Lauren, Erik and Brian.
