He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Cohen and Ethel Cohen; his brothers, Leo and Aaron Cohen (Anna); his parents-in-law, David and Sara Moskowitz; and his brother-in-law David Noah.

He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Eric, Barbara and Marc Cohen (Meryl); his grandchildren, Scott (Pamela) and Danielle Cohen; and his siblings-in-law, Joel Mason (Cookie) and Joyce Noah.
