Barbara C. Horter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara C. Horter of Wanamassa, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 20, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara C. Horter to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Horter and Miriam Horter; and her sisters, Kathy Mansfield and Joann Edwards. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Torchia (Joseph Sr.); her nephew Joseph Torchia, Jr. (Krystle); her niece Nannette Cogill (James); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon Cogill, Cassidy Cogill, Madeline Torchia, Joseph C. Torchia and Olivia Torchia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home (100 Elton-Adelphia Rd, Freehold Township, NJ 07728).
