He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Dubis Sr. and Helen Dubis (Pawlowski); and his son Walter M. Dubis III (Krystyna). He is survived by: his wife Maria Dubis (Chlopek); his daughter Jolene Clark (Lance); and his granddaughter Shelby. He is also survived by many other cousins, family members, and close friends.
