He was predeceased by: his wife Jane. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Walentowicz (Richard), Lorraine Trestka and Melanie Trestka; his granddaughters, Tanya Walentowicz (Brian Bennett) and Sara Rezac (Roger); and his children, Nancy Vala and Laurie Sansone.
