He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Alicja Urban; his daughters, Joanna Brodzinski of Wallington, Sylwia Urban of Elmwood Park and Monika Vega of Wallington; his siblings, Elzbieta Orzechowska, Robert Urban and Renata Kowalczyk; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Brodzinski, Daniel Brodzinski, Michal Banko and Abigail Vega.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org), 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be preferred and appreciated.
