He is survived by: his mother Kazimiera Krupinski; his uncles, Andrzej Augustyn (Malgorzata), Jan Augustyn (Lucyna) and Stanislaw Augustyn (Maria); his children, Oliver Augustyn, Nicholas Augustyn, Tomasz Augustyn (Marta), Marianna Augustyn, Mateusz Augustyn, Hanna Augustyn, Julia Augustyn, Grzegorz Augustyn, Wiktoria Fikiel, Godson Jakub, Jolanta Zaguba (Leszek), Monika Chmielewska, Michal Chmielewska and Malgorzata Chmielewska (Jacek); and also, Katarzyna Krzysztofinska (Krzysztof), Mariusz Augustyn (Izabela) and Anna Fikiel (Dariusz). He is also survived by friends and coworkers.
